Folding Bench

General features and standard equipment APH folding bench:

• Heavy welded construction for minimal deformation under load
• Operation over 2 bending cylinders, coupled with torsion bar for a continuous and reliable parallelism of the RAM
• Independent operation of the left bending cylinder for fine tuning of the RAM
• Bending depth: adjustment via mechanical precision adjusting screws built into the bending cylinders with electric control and digital reading on the control panel
• Standard European tool holder for the upper blade with clamping force control and key for adjusting the cushioning
• Standard Rolleri segmented upper blade. Can possibly be changed with another type of knife
• Standard Baykal Multi-V 42 CRMo4 - one piece not hardened - 100x100mm (with 6 V's including 80 - 50 - 30 - 20 - 12 and 10mm)
• 1000mm back gauge electrically operated front-rear with digital display on the control panel (accuracy = +/- 0.1mm)
• Two folding fingers: manually height and laterally adjustable
• General control box on a pendulum arm on the left of the machine, equipped with emergency stop
• Separate control console with emergency stop and double foot pedal
• Two front wishbones, laterally movable and fully removable
• Pressure regulation with manometer for setting the bending force
• Compact and maintenance-friendly hydraulic arrangement at the top of the machine
• Oil tank with level control - hydraulic overpressure protection
• Preset 2-speed cycle with fast approach, low bending speed and fast ram return. The transition from rapid traverse to bending speed is set via the laser protection.
• Arrangements for rotating, positioning and clamping the Multi-V beam
