Description
Brush Sander Satin Machine
The Trivec DB400FLEX2 is a brush machine, equipped with two flexible brush units. This brushing machine allows a variety of grain effects on wood surfaces. The machine is suitable for a wide range of possibilities such as brushing, sanding and cleaning of: parquet, facade wood, terrace wood, beam wood, furniture panels, scaffolding wood and moldings.
The module has a central height adjustment and a fine adjustment on the second unit. The workpiece is guided through the machine with a grip band and pressure rollers. The desired effect depends on brush pressure, feed speed, direction of rotation, angle adjustment and the type of brush used.
The machine comes with the complete extraction, 4x roller track 2 meters long, 1x tripod roller, 1x wire brush, and 1x slat sanding brush. See photos
The machine has 2x plastic brushes, everything is in good condition and works properly.
